4.1. The influence of
transport to the nature.
The most scale environmental problem is
atmospheric pollution in which the share of dioxide of carbon and other
"hotbed" gases in the general emission reaches 40 % (in the Great
Britain - 27 %), whereas in the general transport emission share of СО2 seldom happens less than 70 %. In connection
with ratification by Russia Kyoto Protocol monitoring by each branch of volumes
of decrease in emissions of carbonic gas is important. In tab. 4.2 is given the
forecast till 2011 of volumes of СО2 emissions on sources of pollution and is calculated
the share of СО2 in Gross regional product (GRP) of
