Minimum transport standard

and regional transport policy

The principle of transport policy usually resolves itself into detailed explanation of pronounced goals of transport progress. The same goals regarding population and consumers of transport services lead to Minimal Transport Standard (MTS).

MTS is an interrelated set of indices of end transport services consumption which are important in everyday life.

MTS is not branch indices of transport progress, MTS indicates how quality of life and business could be improved by means of transport.
