Kazakhstan 2018

This essay in style of social fantasy was written in middle of 1990 and was partly published in junior republic paper "Leninsky Way". In 1996-1998 the author of this ecce was the advisor of the Head of the Agency of Strategic Planning and Reforms in Kazakhstan. Much changed from those times but the fantasy in "Kazakhstan-2018" became real in most. We offer our readers to evaluate the forecasting power of the article by themselves in which only the name of currency was changed
